Busy internal medicine clinic seeking Medical Assistant. Duties to include, but not limited to: answering phones, preparing lab specimens, scheduling appointments, directing triage, rooming patients, collecting patient history information, obtaining vital signs, communicating with MD about abnormal findings, dictating physician visits, recording information in EHR, maintaining a professional demeanor with patients at all times and completing tasks delegated by RN.
LOOKING FOR 2 POSITIONS AT THIS TIME: one will be a travel position in the community, assisting nurse practitioners in the field with clerical support, completing prior authorizations, etc.
Experience helps but we will train the right candidate.
