RN Care Manager

Location: Bronx, NY Duration: 08/03/2026 11/07/2026 Shift: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM | 7.00 Hours/Day | 35.00 Hours/Week Pay Range - $60/hr - $65/hr. Notes:

Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization review and discharge planning Computer literacy.

Five (5) years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.

Bachelors or Masters in Nursing is required.

RN Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.

PRI and Screen certification during submission.

Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED).

AHA BLS.

Local candidates are strongly preferred.

Duties:

• BLS.
