This role focuses on Primary Care in an ambulatory setting, providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care in an ambulatory primary care setting Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients on health management and treatment plans Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and efficient documentation Requirements Qualifications: Education: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) degree Licensure/Certifications: Active New York State RN license required Experience: Minimum of 2 years recent experience (within the past 2 years) in an acute care facility of similar size and level as the hospital Primary Care experience is essential Travel nurses must have experience in hospitals of equal or larger size or trauma centers Technical Skills: Experience with EPIC EMR (preferred) Soft Skills: Strong communication and patient education abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Benefits Why Join Us?
