Role and Responsibilities
In your role, you will support direct customers and large installers technically and commercially. You will plan and market complex, technical switchboard construction solutions and convince customers with technical expertise and strong sales skills in the field of switchboard construction. You will offer practical and customized solutions for our customers and help with the planning of technical products from meter and transducer cabinets to energy distributors up to 6300 A including the selection of the appropriate installation devices.
You are mainly responsible for:
- Technical and commercial support of the customer segment switchboard construction and large installers
- Technical consulting, planning and support for ABB switchboard systems and products
- Technical and commercial preparation of offer creation
- Product presentation and training at the customer site
- Conversion of competitor products and offer creation
- Market observation for specific solutions in the field and corresponding support of product marketing for new and further developments
- Support in order processing and further coordination of customer-specific requests
Qualifications for the Role
- Master electrician / technician / electrical engineer
- Experience in sales
- Knowledge of general electrical installation
- Very good German skills, basic English knowledge
