Webuild has been retained to identify a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily, senior living, and mixed‑use developments across the Sacramento region. Key Responsibilities The Construction Project Manager will lead projects through all phases from rough grading to final closeout for developments valued between $10 million and $50 million. Responsibilities include reviewing and maintaining construction schedules, preparing scopes of work and budgets, processing RFIs and change orders, coordinating vendors and subcontractors, and providing hands‑on onsite supervision to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role also requires managing multiple concurrent projects while fostering a high‑performing team environment. Candidate Profile Ideal candidates have over ten years of progressive construction management experience, including five or more years in multifamily or podium‑style projects. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
