Registered Nurse PreOp at Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital Fort Worth Under the direct supervision of the Director of Surgical Services, Clinical Nurse Manager and Team Coordinator / Charge Nurse, the nurse is responsible for implementing all physician orders, providing continuity and quality nursing care for all patients, with continual evaluation of the patients' condition, providing patient safety comfort, and privacy at all times for Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital at Fort Worth and Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital at Fort Worth Outpatient Center. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
