Completes comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients using clinical reasoning to develop treatment plans focused on patient discharge within an established length of stay. Manages individual, concurrent, and group treatment sessions based on patient needs efficiently and effectively. Documents patient care clearly and accurately, including daily notes, goal updates, and discharge summaries, in compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines. Performs all duties within signed, valid physician orders and insurance approvals. Participates in the student program, providing supervision and fostering a positive learning environment. Maintains professional licensure in good standing and completes mandatory continuing education. Demonstrates compliance with safety standards, infection control, and hospital policies. Adheres to all organizational performance improvement initiatives, offering feedback for quality improvements. Demonstrates appropriate professional behavior and commitment to ethical standards.
