Role Overview As a Recruiting Specialist (Bilingual), you will help move candidates through the recruiting workflow. Key activities include scheduling interviews, ensuring open positions are progressing toward filled status, and maintaining accurate records for recruiting documentation. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate interviews with applicants Support the process to ensure centralized open positions are filled Advance qualified candidates through the recruiting process and schedule branch next steps Maintain accurate talent records Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a customer service, call center, or inside sales industry Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish Ability to meet set deadlines MS Office proficiency Technology MS Office Compensation Hourly pay range: $23.63 - $27.14 per hour.
