Job Type: Certified Educator – Full time Pay Range: $2,807.70 – $4,038.47 bi‑weekly Instruction Hours: 6 hours a day of direct instruction Responsibilities Deliver the educational program to ensure data‑driven, results‑based instruction in alignment with the Common Core Standards. Provide direct instruction to students up to 6 hours a day. Teach mastery of Common Core standards and develop differentiated lesson plans for single‑subject content areas. Use assessments and data to influence instruction and maintain grade, attendance, and retention records. Provide targeted interventions for special education students and English Language Learners. Participate in community groups, faculty and professional meetings, educational conferences, teacher training workshops, and assist with state‑mandated student testing. Meet with students and parents to discuss progress and potential challenges. Qualifications BA/BS Degree. California preliminary or clear single‑subject teaching credential with English Language Authorization (ELA). Eligibility for internal teacher training programs (internship opportunities).
