You've put in your first couple of years, and you're ready for more than prep and cleanup. This role puts you on real custom installs, working toward the precision that defines showroom-quality work.

Structured path to Mid-Level and Lead Carpenter

What You'll Do

Perform custom cabinet installation, countertop setting, and finish carpentry under moderate supervision
Read plans and execute portions of installations with growing independence
Deliver clean, precise work on customer-facing jobs
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
Work alongside Apprentices and senior carpenters as part of a crew

Requirements:

2–5 years of carpentry, cabinet installation, or finish carpentry experience
Comfortable reading plans and performing installations with some independence
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
OSHA 10 Certification is a plus
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
