Facility: Marsh Melvin Laird Location: Marshfield, WI Address: 701 W Kalsched St, Marshfield, WI 54449, USA Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 40.00 Salary Range: $27.50 - $44.00 Department Details: This position is located in Wisconsin and requires occasional travel within the state. Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to close and serve as a representative of enterprise initiatives. Develop project scopes and objectives with relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility. Create detailed project plans and schedules; manage overall schedule and budget and report to managerial levels. Lead day-to-day project activities; guide cross-functional teams through discovery, design and implementation. Coordinate resources and schedules to achieve goals; maintain comprehensive project documentation and track progress. Establish procedures, processes, and milestones; ensure resource availability and allocate internal and third-party resources. Identify, assess, and escalate risks; manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget. Conduct post-close analysis for process improvement and build sustainable working relationships with stakeholders and vendors. Support Marshfield Clinic’s participation in Connect study to build a multicenter cancer cohort; coordinate with collaborators and study sponsors as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in health services, life sciences, biomedical sciences, nursing, or clinical field required. Master’s degree in public health, health care, business, or science-related fields is preferred. Minimum of three years' experience managing full lifecycle projects; strong quantitative analytical skills. Advanced working knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license may be required depending on area. Clinical research setting: Certification through ACRP or SoCRA required within two years of employment. If an RN, must be licensed with the applicable State Nursing Board and/or hold multistate licensure privileges as required by position.
