Now Hiring: Full-Time Toddler Teacher (CDA or Degree in Early Childhood Education REQUIRED) We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who is nurturing, energetic, and committed to supporting the growth and development of children ages 18 months to 3 years . About the Role As a Toddler Teacher at Kaleidoscope, you will play a crucial role in supporting early development during a formative stage of childhood. Through responsive caregiving, hands‑on exploration, and structured routines, you will help toddlers build independence, confidence, and early social skills. We are seeking someone who brings: A positive and patient attitude Creativity and flexibility A strong understanding of toddler development Our teachers support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth while building strong partnerships with families and fellow staff to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
