The Dailey Company is hiring a full-time, hybrid Remodeling Sales Consultant based in Willow Grove, PA, supporting clients throughout Montgomery and Bucks County. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional in the remodeling or construction industry who is seeking autonomy, strong earning potential, and long-term growth. Pay : We offer our Remodeling Sales Consultant a competitive wage, with on-target earnings of $120,000–$200,000 per year (base salary + uncapped commission) , plus performance incentives , a car allowance , and a flexible hybrid schedule .

ARE YOU THE REMODELING SALES CONSULTANT OUR TEAM NEEDS?
- 3+ years of experience in the remodeling/construction sales world
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in computers and CRMs
- Comfortable and confident with cold calling
Previous experience selling windows, doors, or cabinets is preferred.
WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?
This is a full-time, hybrid position with variable business-hour scheduling based on your sales activities and client needs.
In this role, you'll independently develop new opportunities by engaging contractors and builders, managing ongoing relationships, and maintaining a structured sales pipeline. You'll document all outreach and activity in our CRM, remain proactive and organized, and work toward generating $1M+ in sales within your first year, representing The Dailey Company with integrity and professionalism.
