Job Title: CNC Bender Operator / Fabricator
Location: Sidney, Ohio
Shift Hours: Full-Time 7am-3:30pm

Our client is seeking a CNC Bender Operator / Fabricator to join their growing team in Sidney, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone with experience in metal forming, welding, or tube bending who takes pride in quality work and wants to be part of a well-established machine shop fabrication company supporting a variety of industries and clients .

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate manual and CNC tube bending machines
• Follow established quality procedures and complete documentation as needed
• Inspect finished parts using a variety of measuring tools
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality standards
• Provide job status updates and communicate production progress
• Troubleshoot issues and support problem-solving on the shop floor
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience in metal forming, welding, or tube bending environments
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints (required)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and reasoning skills
• Experience with part layout and quality inspection techniques
• Comfortable using measuring tools and verifying part accuracy
• Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Commitment to quality, customer focus, and continuous improvement

Compensation / Benefits

• Pay range of $22.00-$27.00/hour based on experience
