Office Automation Assistant

Duties
Ensures compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, Privacy Act, and patient confidentiality requirements.
Provides patient support, troubleshooting, and education for personal health record and direct messaging enrollment.
Maintains accurate patient records, account linkages, and enrollment information in electronic health record and patient management systems.
Provides professional reception and telephone support, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff.
Prepares, maintains, files, and updates records and reports as requested by supervisors.
Provides patient assistance and customer service in both English and Navajo, helping patients establish and enroll in their Indian Health Service Personal Health Record online accounts and access their health information.
