Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, utilizing their clinical expertise and critical thinking skills to make informed decisions in various situations.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patients' conditions and vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Respond to medical emergencies and perform life-saving procedures when necessary.
Participate in continuous education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Schedule

This position requires a rotation of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to meet patient needs.
