Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

Job Description

Duties:

-Manage a crew of 2-4 laborers for landscape maintenance.

-Maintain a weekly schedule of commercial and residential properties.

-Complete each landscape maintenance customer in a timely and professional manner without sacrificing quality of work.

-Operate company equipment and vehicles in a safe and professional manner.

-Communicate clearly and frequently with maintenance supervisor about issues or problems within your crew or weekly schedule.

-Daily hard work and effort to finish each customer according to the Yard Barber quality standard.

Preferred Attributes:

-Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.

-Knowledge of the local plant, tree, and grass types.

-Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and adjustments.
