Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students ages 3–14 as an Occupational Therapist in an onsite, contract role with flexible, part-time hours. You’ll play a key role in supporting student achievement and development through the assessment and supervision of occupational therapy needs, working closely with educational staff to identify and implement the best interventions for each student.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state
• Experience in school settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to effectively supervise support staff or COTAs as needed
• Demonstrated understanding of the unique needs of students ages 3–14

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive evaluations for students requiring occupational therapy
• Provide supervision and guidance for therapy staff as appropriate
• Develop and recommend individualized intervention strategies
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings and planning
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere
