Job Description\n Job Title:Respiratory Therapist Reg\n Location:Toms River 94 Stevens (TR94)\n Department Name:Respiratory Care\n Req #:0000205728\n Status:Part Time\n Shift:Night\n Pay Range: $44.75 - $54.88, per hour\n Pay Transparency: \n The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.\n The Compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.\n Job Overview:\n As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will evaluate, treat, and care for pediatric patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders.\n Qualifications:\n Required:\n \n Graduate of a Joint Review Committee for Respiratory Therapy Education approved program of Respiratory Care\n Registered Respiratory Therapist from the National Board of Respiratory Care\n NJ State Respiratory License\n AHA BLS Provider Certification\n \n Preferred:\n \n Bachelors of Science degree\n \n Certifications and Licenses Required:\n \n NJ State Respiratory License\n AHA BLS Provider Certification\n \n Scheduling Requirements:\n \n Part Time – 24hours/week\n Night Shift\n \n Essential Functions:\n \n Must be able to work at any site when needed\n Demonstrates evidence of use of the Respiratory Therapy within time frames defined by the hospital and departmental policy\n Recognizes and accurately identifies obvious patient and family health care needs\n Plans, implements and evaluates plans of care for patients with a variety of problems. Begins to understand and implement pediatric rehabilitative rationales.\n Implements appropriate and individualized patient and family education within time frames defined by hospital and departmental policies. Begins planning patient and family education\n Understands the importance of interdisciplinary process.
