We are seeking a Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive patient experience, works well in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality clinical care. While previous dental experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow.

Schedule

Part-Time

• Mondays and Tuesdays- with the opportunity to add additional days as the practice grows.
• Flexibility to assist with additional coverage when other team members are away is appreciated.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay: $24.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient care
• Provide compassionate, patient-focused clinical support
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Take digital radiographs as needed
• Support infection control and sterilization protocols
• Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient

• Helps patients feel calm and comfortable
• Is flexible and willing to support the team when needed
• Takes pride in being part of a high-performing practice
• An Associate's degree or higher is strongly preferred.
• We are seeking candidates with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of professionalism, strong attention to detail, and confidence using computers and dental software.

Dental experience is preferred but not required. We're happy to train someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
