M365Hands-On Architect Location: US-Based / Open to hire in AZ, WA, CO, CA Citizenship: US Citizen Required Experience: 7+ Years Seeking an M365 Hands-On Architect for direct employment with our growing team. This role focuses on delivering M365 solutions with an emphasis on GCC environments, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and SharePoint modernization. Key Responsibilities Architect and deliver M365 solutions across SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations. Support and implement solutions in M365 GCC environments . Deliver SharePoint Online migrations and light customizations (SPFx, PowerPlatform). Provide hands‑on technical leadership and client‑facing support throughout projects. Required Skills 7+ years of hands‑on Microsoft 365 experience. Background with GCC or GCC High. Proven experience with T2T migrations. SharePoint Online migration and customization familiarity. PowerPlatform hands‑on knowledge (Power Automate, minimally). Solid M365 identity, security, and PowerShell skills. Preferred Microsoft certifications (MS-100/102, MS-700, MS-900, etc.). This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
