Company: Lynk Packaging Position Title: Production Department: Production Reports To: Production Supervisor/Manager Location: 1200-1250 Page Road Aurora Ohio Job Summary The Production Worker is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing and assembly processes within the production facility. This entry-level position involves operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring the quality of products meets company standards. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery. Assist in the assembly of products as per specifications. Conduct quality checks on products and report any defects. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Support other production workers and supervisors as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus. Basic knowledge of production processes and equipment. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as required.
