Registered Nurse – Med Surg Telemetry (Travel) in Burlington, VT. Start date: 07/02/2026. Duration: 4 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,221-$2,305 per week. Guaranteed hours: not guaranteed. Shift: 3x12-hour Nights. Setting: hospital-based unit with neurosurgical and surgical care focus; requires experience in a large teaching facility.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for adult patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit, including neuro and postoperative surgical patients
- Monitor patient status with telemetry, administer medications and IV therapies, and perform ongoing assessments
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop, adjust, and document individualized care plans
- Document care and assessments accurately in the Epic electronic medical record within required timeframes
- Support patient education, discharge planning, and safety protocols; respond promptly to changes in patient condition

Requirements
- Active RN license on file at time of submission
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (NIHSS required prior to start)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of unit RN experience; prior travel experience required; large teaching facility experience preferred
- Education: Nursing degree from an accredited program; licensure on file
- Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years
- Ability to work in a hospital Med/Surg Telemetry setting; standard night-shift requirements
- Prior travel experience and willingness to work Monday through Sunday; no block scheduling
