The Principal Business Process Analyst - Asset Lifecycle Optimization will lead complex business process improvement initiatives across OCI’s data center asset lifecycle.OCI’s infrastructure lifecycle spans purchasing, receiving, deployment, inventory management, repair, reuse, redeployment, recovery, decommissioning, disposition, and financial reconciliation. As OCI continues to scale, fragmented processes, disconnected systems, inconsistent data, and manual reconciliation create operational effort, financial exposure, and missed opportunities to recover asset value.This role will identify and quantify lifecycle inefficiencies, determine root causes, define future-state business processes and controls, translate business needs into process and system requirements, and drive improvements through implementation and sustainment.The position partners across Data Center Operations, Asset Management, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and other technical and business teams. The successful candidate will combine strong business process analysis, data-driven problem solving, continuous improvement, stakeholder influence, and operational judgment.The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience independently leading complex business process improvement initiatives, using operational data to identify root causes and measure outcomes, translating business objectives into process and system requirements, and influencing technical and business stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
