Registered Medical Assistant
Location: In person, must have EPIC experience

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of physician office experience as a Medical Assistant
• Must be Certified or Registered
• EPIC EMR experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills
  Responsibilities:
• Verify patient information, take medical histories, and record vital signs
• Prepare patients for examinations, assist healthcare providers during procedures
• Administer medications and injections as ordered
• Schedule appointments, tests, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records and handle patient communications
• Ensure clinical environment is sterile, organized, and compliant with OSHA, HIPAA, and office policies
• Support administrative tasks including prior authorizations, pharmacy refills, and insurance verifications
