Front-End Angular DeveloperPlanIT Group is seeking a Front-End Angular Developer for our Federal customer. We are seeking a passionate and proactive senior or intermediate Angular Developer to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work on a time-critical web application project, integrating with.NET Core APIs. You will be part of a small, agile team following best practices and industry standards, including OWASP Top 10 for security, responsive design, accessibility guidelines, and comprehensive unit testing.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the front-end of web application using Angular (18).Use component libraries like Kendo UI (Telerik).Integrate the front-end seamlessly with .NET Core APIs.Work within an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Follow and advocate for industry best practices, including responsive design, accessibility, and security guidelines (OWASP Top 10).Write and maintain unit tests for all developed features to ensure high-quality code.Independently handle tasks and collaborate effectively with team members.Participate in code reviews and contribute to the documentation to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.Effectively manage time and meet deadlines in a time-critical project environment.RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proficiency in Angular (knowledge of the latest version is a plus).Basic understanding of.NET Core and experience integrating with RESTful APIs.Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.Understanding of responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).Awareness of accessibility standards and guidelines.Knowledge of security best practices (OWASP Top 10).Experience or familiarity with unit testing frameworks.Version control systems (TFS).Agile tools (e.g., Jira).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and within a team.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.Nice to HaveExperience with.NET Core: Hands-on experience with .NET Core development.UI/UX Design Skills: Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools and deploying application in IIS.BenefitsLearning and Growth: Opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive and collaborative environment.Mentorship: Access to mentorship and guidance from experienced developers.Agile Environment: Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment with real-world project exposure.Additional ProvisionsMust be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance.Pass both a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check.All candidates must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident only.Candidate must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years.
