Job Description

AdventHealth Medical Group, Rocky Mountain Region is seeking an OB/GYN Physician.

Exceptional Compensation Opportunity Enjoy the security of a $386,850 guaranteed base salary, coupled with a highly rewarding productivity incentive plan. Physicians who achieve MGMA 75th percentile productivity can realize compensation of $509,321 or more annually. Our established physicians routinely surpass the 75th percentile benchmark within three years, reflecting strong patient demand, robust referral patterns, and efficient practice support.

Advent Health Medical Group (AHMG) is a sister organization of AdventHealth with over 600 Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in 27 individual service lines in Colorado. We have 5 hospitals, 8 freestanding emergency and urgent care centers and 6 ambulatory surgery centers. This aligned model and practice management experience provides the opportunity for the clinicians to focus on the clinical aspects of medicine.

Qualifications

Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Excellent communication skills

Team Player with patient-first mindset

Current, unrestricted full license to practice medicine in Colorado

Current Colorado DEA Licensure

Ability to work with and supervise one Advanced practice provider (APN or PA)
