About the Opportunity
Our client is a Series A-backed AI company pioneering generative AI for mechanical engineering and 3D CAD . Their proprietary foundation models are designed to transform how engineers create and work with physical products, with their first product already attracting 100K+ users .
They are now entering a major commercialization phase and are looking for a Founding Product & GTM Lead to build their go-to-market strategy from the ground up.

What We're Looking For
- 6–10 years of product management experience in manufacturing, industrial software, CAD/CAE/PLM, or aerospace & defense
- Proven experience building or scaling a GTM strategy from scratch
- Strong customer-facing sales and deal-closing experience
- Experience working with manufacturers, engineers, machine shops, or industrial buyers
- Familiarity with professional CAD tools such as SolidWorks, NX, CATIA, Onshape, or Fusion
- Strong technical ability, ideally including Python or C++
- Excellent communication, presentation, strategic thinking, and ownership
- Comfortable operating hands-on in a fast-moving startup environment
Benefits & Compensation
- $200K–$300K base salary
- Up to $300K–$450K total compensation with equity and performance bonus
