The front desk concierge works with families and liaisons between department managers. Qualifications Candidates must be pleasant, able to work with others and some office experience helpful. Must be outgoing and personable, good communicator, courteous and have excellent customer service skills. Computer and phone experience required. Some experience in a Senior Living or Assisted Living community is helpful. This position provides administrative support to the Business Office Manager as needed.
