Home Delivery DriverThe Home Delivery Driver plays a crucial role in delivering products to designated locations. To excel in this position, the driver needs to prioritize efficiency, effectiveness, and safety throughout the delivery process. Additionally, the driver should consistently provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating quality workmanship and clear, professional communication. By adhering to these standards, the Home Delivery Driver can ensure a positive experience for both the customer and the company.Several openings available. Pay range is $22-$26 per hour.Primary Job FunctionsHandle products safely.Conduct physical inspection of product to identify damages goods, perform touch- up and repair as needed on product.Place products in designated storage areas safely.Prepare and load customer delivery trucks.Unload and safely place products in customer home.Understand and comply with all store policies and procedures.Remove all the packaging materials from the location.Communication and documents customer concerns to Warehouse Support.Communicates credit, damage and essential information to the Customer Service Department.May be required to complete shipping/ receiving paperworkMay be required to complete Department of Transportation paperwork.Maintains a clean and organized warehouse area.Maintain a professional image.Assist driver as needed with vehicle inspection, routine maintenance and fueling of vehicle at approved locations.Completes other assignments and special projects as requested.Maintains reliable attendance.Secondary Job FunctionsMaintain reliable attendance.Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and education.
