Work with overseas business leadership team to understand business needs and provide HR solutions to support the achievement of business objectives; 2.Manage overseas recruitment activities, from strategy development to execution, build overseas recruitment channels and ensure the right talent is attracted and recruited; 3. Design and implement employee performance evaluation system to promote the establishment and development of performance management culture; 4. Identify staff development needs, design and implement training and development programs to support staff career development; 5. Handle employee relations issues to ensure high employee satisfaction and low turnover; 6. Supportand guide management decisions on organizational change, restructuring and cultural development; 7.
