We believe caregiving is about supporting the entire family—not just the individual receiving care.ResponsibilitiesAs a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide, you may assist clients with:Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)Personal care and companionshipMobility assistanceAdditional delegated tasks under RN supervision, as appropriateQualificationsTo qualify, applicants must:Hold a valid HHA or PCA certificationHave proof of COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemptionHave current medical documentation and vaccinations (or be willing to obtain them)Complete a drug screening or Habituation Form* Medical benefits available after one year of employment and 1,560 hours worked (average 30 hours/week).** 401(k) company match available after one year of employment and 1,000 hours worked (average 20 hours/week).
