Technical WriterWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented Technical Writer to support a large Intelligence Community environment. This role focuses on translating complex technical and operational concepts into clear, structured, and compliant documentation for proposals, programs, and communications.The ideal candidate combines strong writing expertise with the ability to structure, format, and visually present information in alignment with government RFP requirements. This role requires close collaboration with proposal teams, program managers, and technical SMEs to ensure high-quality, accurate, and compelling deliverables.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, edit, and maintain technical documents that clearly communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders within the Intelligence Community.Collaborate with proposal and program teams to develop, format, and refine proposal content while ensuring compliance with RFP requirements.Perform rigorous editing, proofreading, and peer reviews to ensure clarity, consistency, and error-free documentation.Design and format documents, integrating text and visuals into cohesive, professional deliverables aligned with client standards.Create diagrams and visual aids (e.g., workflows, architectures) to enhance technical understanding.Develop and maintain templates, style guides, and standardized formats for proposals and technical materials.Assist in documenting and improving internal proposal and documentation processes.Maintain awareness of prior proposal materials and support the organization and reuse of approved content.
