Current Coverage Dates: December 23 at 7:00 AM-December 29 at 7:00 AM

Approximately 0-2 Hours of Callback Per 24-Hour Call Shift

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide 24-Hour ENT Call Coverage

Evaluate and Manage ENT Patients as Needed During Call

Provide Callback Coverage as Required

Perform General ENT Procedures

Required Procedures / Skills

General ENT Procedures - Required

Parathyroid Procedures - Preferred

Cochlear Baha Experience - Preferred

Clinical Environment / Support

Clinical Support Assistants Available

Epic EMR

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology - Required

Pennsylvania Medical License or IMLC - Required at Time of Presentation

Candidates Requiring Licensure May Be Considered

DEA Registration - Required

ACLS - Required

Minimum of 1 Year of Experience - Required

Credentialing

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 Days
