Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Modeling and drawing customers parts
- Proficient in CAD/CAM Software. TopSolid a plus
- Proficiency in CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code)
- Ability to select the correct tooling for the part
- Ability to do Machine Set ups & Touch offs
- Experience with Fanuc Controls
- Collaborating with Machinist to Troubleshoot and improve efficiency to meet production timelines
- Ability to operate at least 2 Machines
- Ability to perform Machine Maintenance when needed
Abilities and Expertise Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous work experience required
- Mechanically inclined
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- 5 Years Minimum Experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong Quality Control
- Must be able to bend, lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs
- Strong organization skills required to keep a clean, well-kept Environment
