LVN / LPN - Ambulatory Care/Clinic/Outpatient

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced LVN/LPN for outpatient ambulatory care clinics. The ideal candidate will work independently in a fast-paced environment, providing quality patient care and clinical support.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient rooming, injections, EKGs, nasopharyngeal swabs, blood pressure, and ear flushes.
• Adapt to floating responsibilities across various outpatient settings, including pediatrics.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members to ensure seamless clinic operations.
• Document patient interactions accurately using EPIC EMR system.
• Complete competencies and modules required for billing and compliance, ensuring timely submission.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid NY LVN/LPN license and at least 1 year of clinical experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ambulatory and pediatrics care, including vital signs and injections.
• Exhibit strong communication, adaptability, and dependability skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Willing to float between locations as required and work rotating Saturdays.
