Jon & Vinny’s is a fast-paced, high-volume, all-day restaurant serving several Los Angeles communities 7 days a week. Known for our welcoming vibe, delicious food, and exceptional wine and cocktail offerings, we’ve become a neighborhood favorite where guests come to celebrate everything from casual dinners to special occasions. What you'll do
The Driver/Packer position will be responsible for the following:

• Arrive, leave on time, and clock in/out accordingly. 
• Dress appropriately every day for work. Including non slip shoes and back brace.
• Follow break policies in effect at this location. 
• Review daily driver schedule email for route itinerary, additions and changes.
• Follow the route set by the daily driver’s schedule, do not deviate more than one mile off route. 
• Pack products in trucks neatly, and secured for transport using anchoring straps provided. 
• Ensure food quality is not compromised, including but not specific to, freshness and temperature. 
• Complete assigned deliveries, pick-ups and receiving of products. 
• Operate company vehicles in a professional, safe, and courteous manner, in accordance with procedures outlined in our company handbook. 
• Use iAuditor to check vehicles in and out prior to departing and upon arrival of every trip.
• Pick up and deliver products, following daily driver’s email. 
• Ensure vehicles are clean and in good working condition. 
• Perform vehicle inspections. 
• Care for and maintain company vehicles and report issues to management immediately.
• Help put away and organize deliveries. 
• Maintain communication with management on daily needs, delays or complications.
• Uphold Sanitation and Cleaning standards following procedures and using proper checklists.
• Work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, work in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented, respectful mentality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 
• Maintain an up to date California food handlers card.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record. NO more than 2 points on your driving record. 
• Required to work an overnight schedule during the hours of 8PM - 4AM.
• Experience with delivery driving, minimum of 1-2 years preferred.
• Class A license required.
• Must be able to read and write.
