Quality Control Lab Technician

Cytiva (Danaher) seeks a Quality Control Lab Technician in Pensacola to conduct analytical testing on raw materials and finished goods using chromatography and spectroscopy techniques. The role involves laboratory instrumentation maintenance, data analysis, and support for method validation within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing including HPLC, GC, Karl Fischer titration, and FTIR analysis
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation while maintaining GMP compliance
• Analyze and trend laboratory data using Excel and prepare technical reports
• Investigate out-of-specification results and support corrective action activities
• Support method validation, verification, and data collection for protocol execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field
• 3+ years laboratory experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation and wet chemistry techniques
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and technical documentation
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, GDP, ISO standards preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift equipment up to 50 lbs
