Job Overview Assistant Coach Minor Sports ­Men's Soccer at UC Clermont College. Reports to Brian Sullivan. Responsibilities Manage all administrative and organizational aspects of coaching including student‑athlete recruitment, fundraising, monitoring academic performance, and ensuring adherence to USCAA Division rules and regulations. Assist with practices and drills, provide statistics and scores, and attend weekly open gyms. Transport athletes to away games and maintain a valid driver’s license. Execute coaching assignments and administrative duties as outlined in Essential Functions. Essential Functions Recruit academically and athletically qualified student‑athletes. Guide and actively encourage student‑athletes to succeed academically, earn a degree, and represent the university with integrity. Maintain current knowledge of USCAA rules and regulations. Participate in public and alumni relations and promotional activities. Assist in establishing positive media relations. Assist with fundraising including cultivating and soliciting donors to meet fundraising goals. Perform related duties based on departmental need.
