Position Overview

• Responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions
• Maintain precise documentation of procedures and ensure patient records are up to date in the electronic health records system
• Stay informed on advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
