We are looking for a Physician (M.D./DO) with Occupational Medicine experience.

Job Details

Physician (M.D./DO) - Occupational Medicine / Industrial Medicine

* $20K Sign-on Bonus
* Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
* NO Weekends, NO Call

Qualifications:
* M.D. or DO Required
* Board Certification in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and/or Orthopedics required
* Candidates MUST have experience in occupational medicine, industrial medicine, preventative medicine, and/or worker's compensation
* Current DEA licensure
* BLS Certified
* FMCSA Certification for DOT exams (within 60-days of hire)
* Active CO Medical License in good standing
