What You'll Do
Oversee all aspects of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) crew on a daily basis
Ensure all company paperwork is completed at the end of each workday
Cover daily safety topics
Ensure operator, locator and laborers understand their roles and responsibilities
Train new operators and laborers
Verify locates and all job set up details for each bore shot
