Broussard Knoll Law Firm, a premier Louisiana personal injury firm, is looking for a driven Litigation Attorney who wants to do more than manage a caseload. We are looking for an advocate who wants to take ownership of cases, develop strategy, fight for clients and be part of a team that never quits .

What You Will Do

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases through the litigation process
\n
• Develop and execute case strategy
\n
• Draft and review pleadings, motions and other legal documents
\n
• Conduct and defend depositions
\n
• Participate in hearings, mediations and settlement negotiations
\n
• Work with experts and other resources to develop strong cases
\n
• Prepare cases for trial
\n
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout their cases
\n
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals and support staff to move cases forward
\n
• Advocate aggressively and professionally on behalf of clients
\n

• Juris Doctor (JD)

• Strong litigation, legal research and writing skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Sound judgment and the ability to develop effective case strategies
