Hardware Support Engineer
Location: Kansas City, KS NOTE: Hybrid role 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH per week

Project description: Hardware Support Managed Services is aimed to provide professional services in supporting hardware infrastructure for IT Data Center in Mission, KS
Responsibilities:
- Server migration and installation at the Data Center
- Cable management and integration
- Physical hardware and software integration
- Physical infrastructure and server troubleshooting
- Support automation tools (deployment scripts)
- Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM)
- Power management
- Server and client setups and support
Skills:
- Must have IT Hardware installation, operation and maintenance
- Nice to have Hands-on experience working in large data centers
