Job Description Reputable healthcare facility near Mankato, MN is seeking a full-time, permanent Med Surg Nurse Manager to join their growing team. Details are below. Salary: $106, 412.80 - $157, 684.80/annually Nurse Manager Opportunity:
- Maintains the standards of nursing care and implements the policies and procedures of the hospital and nursing department
- Assures that each patient on the unit has a comprehensive care plane that is individualized to meet his/her needs
- Nurse Manager will work with Chief Nursing Officer and individual staff to develop educational goals and competencies for all assigned to the unit
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a formal leadership role (e.G. Charge nurse, team lead, assistant manager, nurse manager)
- Looking for a leader in the Med Surg Department
- Surrounded by scenic bluffs, Parks
- Great for hiking, biking, and outdoor activities.
- Offers a range of local arts, including art galleries, theaters, and local music.
- A mix of education, healthcare, and manufacturing, with a growing tech sector
- Cold winters (with heavy snow) and warm summers, making for distinct seasons.
