Ideal Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid state license (or eligibility for licensure in Florida)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to students with diverse speech and language needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and case management
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to district-wide initiatives and professional development activities
