In this fast-paced, real-world environment, you’ll draw on all your education and experience as well as the resources of Lockheed Martin to keep the threats at bay.THE WORKAs a Software Engineer - Mid Level you will be responsible for: • Developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements• Contributing to cutting edge development programs and designing new solutions• Innovating RF signal processing applications• Developing analytics, visualization and discovery tools• Integrating new and legacy software across a variety of hardware form factors• Reviewing and testing software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results. Resolves software problem reports. • Providing specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software componentsWHO WE AREThe program is on fire for cyber. Code extrefer.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
