Fulfillment Associate

Location: New Haven County
Job Type: Full-Time Temp to Hire Opportunity
Pay: $18-20/hour + Quarterly Bonus Opportunity once you go perm

Position Summary

Join a fast-paced warehouse team supporting the distribution of high-quality automotive parts. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working in a team environment, and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll support all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
• Process outgoing shipments using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform quality inspections.
• Process customer returns and support reverse logistics.
• Troubleshoot inventory or order discrepancies.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and material handling tools.
• Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards.
