Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive bids for heavy civil construction projects.

• Manage projects from award through completion while meeting budget, schedule, quality, and customer expectations.

• Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, municipalities, and customers.

• Review plans and specifications to develop accurate pricing and project proposals.

• Coordinate with operations, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to support successful project execution.

• Monitor project costs, schedules, and progress while resolving issues as they arise.

• Conduct site visits and customer meetings as needed.

• Represent Kilgore Companies with professionalism and a commitment to safety.
