Candidates must have completed at least two prior travel contracts. Experience in caring for critical care patients is essential. Candidates should be comfortable caring for psychiatric and pediatric patient populations. Strong team collaboration skills are necessary for this role. Clear and timely communication is essential to ensure patient safety. Candidates will escalate concerns appropriately and seek support when needed. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is required. There may be a need to float onsite within skill set or to locations within 40 miles if necessary.
